QWatch 3.0 Adds Freeform Skinning and Alpha Transparency

QWatch 3.0 was released as an update to the lightweight system resource monitor, bringing new visual customization features and improved compatibility.

The application was designed to show free and used system resources, similar to tools such as QX and SysMeter, while using less CPU and memory. This made it useful for users who wanted system information visible on the desktop without adding unnecessary overhead.
