Er, that is, it says FILETITLE in brackets where the filename should be.

Try this. Open your image in PS and duplicate the layer then use the blur tool set to about 25-30% opacity to smooth around the edges and soften the jaggy render effect. Then merge the layer down.
It´s something I picked up in a Terragen tutorial. :-)
