That's it. What or who inspired you to get into online digital art?
For me it was Kelly McLaron at Topaz Design
When I saw " Palace Of Marisandara " late 1998, this was the inspiration. Please see this link: http://topazdesigns.com/bryce/marisandra.htm
I went out and bought Bryce. Could never even come close to this artwork. Still can't.
I remember joining up at Skinz.org 1999, Shaggot was a moderator there. He kept on declining my uploads.
A very nice lady, Jsenn, was there at Skinz.org. She later became an administrator at Deviantart. She wrote beautiful poetry. She wrote to me,commented, she inspired me. Because of her, I never gave up.
New folks, never give up. Believe in your self.
Now tell us, what or who inspired you?

Having been ill for a very long time and thus not being able to work, it was more an act of despair for me. I had lots of time and - apart from being a mum and housewife and reading a lot - nothing useful to do. On one day I talked to a lady from Berlin on the telephone who I met through the internet.
She had a program called Vue d´esprit 4, but no interest to use it, because she was more interested in photography and composing. She sent it to me and also introduced the fotocommunity to me, where she was showing her works. I loved the program, and I loved the community. That was how it all started........in 2004. Then I discovered Apophysis and got addicted to that. Then came photography which I am now beginning to take very much pleasure in. But it definitely all started with my friend Cleo from Berlin! (That was a very short version of the whole story! )
A wonderful topic, Marshall!
It makes me appreciate certain things again I had almost forgotten about.
kchristine, I cannot agree with parts of your posting!
I am one of the folks Marshall mentioned and think you´re doing some beautiful images!
