Hi all,
Just a little reminder for of what really matters.
Lindsay Lohan, 24, is all over the news because she's a celebrity drug addict. While Justin Allen 23, Brett Linley 29, Matthew Weikert 29, Justus Bartett 27, Dave Santos 21, Chase Stanley 21, Jesse Reed 26, Matthew Johnson 21, Zachary Fisher 24, Brandon King 23, Christopher Goeke 23, ...and Sheldon Tate 27 are all Marines that gave their lives this week, no media mention. Honor THEM
So Honor our troops. They sacrifice everything to keep us safe...

I agree Mick...most of the casualties increased in "Nam when the protest movement reduced the troop numbers and reserve troops were depleted. Less men were required to hold and take positions and those positions were lost overnight and less troops ordered to retake the same position. Someone needs to gag civilians too and leave the troops to deal with the battle they were sent into to fight. And I loved the thankyou we got on returning to Australia...spat at and abused and called baby killers for serving our country and government.....pffffft!
to the protest movement for all the unecessary deaths of good soldiers and sailors and pilots.

The deal is that the politicians should provide financial support for an ongoing stream of ( sufficiently trained ) volunteers to back up their aims.
When that process f**ks up, you haven´t got an army, you´ve got hostages [and journalists], running around holding their nuts in their hands.
If I ever got to the front line my first command would be to take all the journalists back behind the scene of operations... war is shit and it needs to be dealt with away from the press. Making war over the airwaves prolongs the inevitable... it just sells news/airtime Mr Murdoch... fuck off and let the killing end!
I started out with nothing, and I've still got most of it left.
