WHAT IS YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION?

What is your screen resolution?

800x600
1024x768
1280x960
1600x1200
1920x1200
Higher

I'm guessing the most common screen size is 1280.
Does it irritate you when you see to large of a render for your screen resolution?

I thought about submitting all my future submissions in 1280 and add other screen resolutions in the zip. Trouble with this approach is a high demand on Skinbase server.

I have been submitting in 1600,with the thought that it could be resized to lower screen resolutions to save space on the server.
(Planning to upgrade my 5 year old 18 inch 1600X1200 with a 24 inch 1920x1200)

Would be interested in your thoughts and administration thoughts on the server space.
Happy

Thanks for the heads up on the two versions. Every link I tryed to get Version 5 is dead. So figured the reason was because 6 came out. I can´t download from the link you provided. Seems to be dead. Will the link open for you? I will keep trying to find a good link for version 5. Maybe CNET... Happy

1024x768...

thanks for that link Nikos ~ until now I have been opening my saved jpeg´s up in Infranview and re-saving them... it cuts the file size of a jpeg saved in PS in half.

Save AS ANYTHING but a jpeg. Editing Jpegs causes pixelization because of the jpeg compression. Only save as a jpeg if you do not plan to edit or resize. I am aware some cameras save as jpeg by default. Try renameing to bmp before you edit and save to keep the jpeg compression from activating untill you need it to be a jpeg.

Nikos my IE7 Browser is blocking the new link. It comes up for a split second. I guess I have to check my settings or get Firefox. :-) Sounds like a great file to have. Happy
