Tried changer install. 64bit version said wrong version, 32 installed + deinstalled but did not appear in context menu of ani s or cur s. (maybe having uk theme patcher and cursorxp installed although turned off wasnt the best configuration, tried changing its properties and several directories to get around write protection) Oh well. Good links to icon sites and articles there, though.

the 64bit version is for 64bit Windows XP (or VIsta) only. It is not enough to have 64bit processor, you also need 64bit OS.
The changer needs to integrate with Explorer and that is a bit delicate, it is indeed possible that some other programs may interfere.
