Difficulty installing NewsManager

I was able to successfully install newsmanager. I was able to correctly set up all database settings, but when I go to myserver/newsman I see the background with the error 36: No database selected. Does anyone know how I can resolve that?

you should edit db.inc.php file with right mysql connection data
