where db.inc.php?

when I dowsload ,Don´t have ../newman/db.inc.ph

why? what I do????

Strange.
But no problem.
The db.inc.php file is an empty file.

So if you create a new file with your editor, and save as db.inc.php
you can upload it.

Running install.php will fill the db.inc.php with the code.
