I downloaded to use this skin, but it´s not lettings me use it. I don´t know why. Maybe it´s just because I don´t know how to make it work. How do I make it work? T_T

So i download it , but when i it put it in TuneUp , it say i download complete but i wait 1 times 30 mins!!
