Pardon me for asking but are you the original creator of this Snowball skin?! I remember it from the Snowball site [LINK]
As goes for the previous uploaded skins for Snowball (Lady Death and AnimalMystic)! If you´re not the original creator, you have to optain a permission to upload these skins - or remove them.
I am not screaming "ripper" here, but if you are the "John Kulchar" listed as the creator of these skins please disregard this post.
