Ketix 0.14

Ported with permission from essorant's wonderful Ketix skin for Windowblinds. Permission is included in the ZIP file

Version 0.14 - This skin now requires Rainlendar to be version 0.14 or later. The skin uses PNG files for all the graphics, which were not supported in earlier versions of Rainlendar.

I know it´s late to comment on this but I do think it´s bettar late than never.

Nice texture and choice of coors. I´m using and loving it, nice job!
