The dark and glowey blue look cool but black text on a really dark grey isn´t very readable. Like BruB said good first time! Keep crakin em out

I also think it´s a great skin for first time, Text is readable for me, maybe it depends on one´s monitor settings.....Your buttons are lined up great.... you also have a great mouse over on your buttons, but you could add that great mouse over on your scrollbars and scrollbar arrows, but that´s my taste, when I click on something I like to know that I clicked on it by action of some kind (mouse over or sound) Great job and keep up the originality :-)
