Panel HVD II

pretty nice theme. i have a couple suggestions: the bottom bar is way too wide IMO - it should be at least as narrow as the top bar. I also think the popup menu needs work. that is just my 2 cents.

The bottom bar is exactly the same size as the top. SysMetrix is on top of the bottom bar. Believe it or not, I did that on purpose. As far as the pop-up menu, it´s nice for you to give me suggestions, if you think it needs work then tell me what you would do.
