One noght I went to bed sed and I was fine...woke up and couldn´t use my arm. Doc says its worn out from years of screenprinting. Got painkillers to take but I hate those damn things. Have them only when I absolutely have to. Lungs dropped in capacity around the same time...so I hard really no chance to tell anyone. I have no intention of bugging out yet though!
