Should I continue working on it? Throw it away? Ideas anyone?

Oi loikz that Teddy...definitely not a throwaway...it´s a keeper. If it were me I´d make the horizontal lines in the water softer and subtler to make the buildings more the focal point. Ya done good! Congratulation Cool clap clap Wink
