Windows wallpaper having a light hearted, fun attack on Bill Gates which I simply just couldn't resist doing.

Note that I have only rendered the 'night scope' effects on this piece and am not the author of the orginal background graphic. I do not know the author's name but the piece was called 'billnazi' and was downloaded, royalty free, from the disorgranisedcrime site in 2002.
