Graduate Winstep Full Pak

Whew - I've been spending too much time programming lately so I had to take a skinning break. I wanted to do something a little different so went with red since I've never used that color much before. The rest is just simple and subtle grey so that it won't be hard to live with.

I only did a WinStep and SysMetrix theme since I whipped this up in a few hours.
