this is balster bug (ISSE) worm,... doing shutdown your computer in 60 sec.
you need to stop it immideatly " start Run command" >> type "shutdown -a" this box will disable.

Its come when your pc modom not able to handle fast broad-band connection..

Ok Sed go and download this now be sure when installing it to let it be able to run all the malware anti virus all of those programs now when you install it and then go to restart you will have a screen pop up and click on sparkle xp to run then it will start and only run the programs you told it to in the setup the xp should tun fine then you can run all the programs i gave you without it crashing i have this and use it when i have problems like you are having i just thought we could fix it without using this so go get it and install it and let me know.
