Does he really need that thing around his mouth?

Well, I don´t know, it´s not mine, however I don´t like to make other beings feel uncomfortable. I went into a walk in the park and I´ve seen this. His owner told me that I should pay him for letting me take it a photo.

He could have done that if you had taken a photo of him (the man) and now wanted to show it to the public. But that does not go for animals, especially not for photos of animals, buildings etc. which were taken from public ground.
There are exceptions to that, of course. But no need for you to worry about anything here! Some people seem to think they have to make profit from everything. Sad, but true.......
