Ultra Simple ObjectBar

I whipped this up to go with various WinStyles themes that I combine with DesktopX. When I move my mouse over to the LEFT edge, this bar will pop up allowing me to quickly access things. Basically just in case the DesktopX theme I'm using is a little too crazy, this is my safety hatch!
