The Rain Effect DesktopX Objects

I have always loved the occasional wallpaper you come across that looks wet!So it got me to thinking what about an object that could do it to any wallpaper.

So here we go THE RAIN EFFECT is in a zip containing 2 objects Standard and Dark standard is for lighter walls (this is the one in the screen shot) the dark of course is for dark walls or multi-colored walls that have a wide spectrum from dark to light. To quote a famous song Everythings better when wet!
