It's fathers Day.

In loving memory of my father and all those who lost there lives at the twin towers in New York.
A new beginning.

My father immigrated to the United States at age 2. Removed from the fourth grade at school to work and help his large family. Lived through the great depression. Participated in the allied invasion at Normandy. A loving husband,a great father. He passed away way to early,at the age of 56.

Sailing down behind the sun,
Waiting for my prince to come.
Praying for the healing rain
To restore my soul again.

Just a toerag on the run.
How did I get here?
What have I done?
When will all my hopes arise?
How will I know him?
When I look in my father's eyes.

And as I watch this seedling grow,
