Avy, I don´t use a tripod, except for night shots. I stand as still as I can but, believe me, most of the times my pictures are not ´horizontal´ or balanced. So, how do I cope with this? I process every photo that comes out of my camera, so as to make it ´ideal´ for, at least, my eyes.
Balance is achieved through cropping and slightly rotating. And of course some color balance is sometimes necessary. The sepia tone in this photo was applied afterwards and did this because of the old architecture of the station.

I agree with Artur and I´m not joking. I mean sepia tone fits bright images better than somehow ´dark´ images like this.
