Purple Haze WindowBlinds

**UPDATE** PLEASE DELETE OLD ONE FIRST. This is the last update. It has been completely re-done from the top to bottom.
Two versions are included in file. Version 1 is Purple Haze and the main skin. It has tranparency where ever I could put it (hope I didn't miss any places :P). Transparent Start Menus, Full and Compact, and transparent taskbars plus all per-pixel images and should be used with WB 5 + it might work with WB 4 but I don't know for sure so that's where version 2 comes in. It doesn't have transparent start menus or taskbars or any per-pixel images but it looks just like version one. eveything has been re-done toolbar icon, progress admins, Please Wait, and Shutdown and Logoff images.
