Fett for Bootskins BootSkin (XP)

This Bootskins theme is for the Star Wars (Fett), skins loosed recently. I would have never done this but for a desire to have something matching Mike Bryant's WB5, so credit is really his, although no art of his was used for this. It matches my DesktopX Fett theme and Logon Studio. Hope you like.
