By tekwyzrdBased in part on my SilverDesk theme for serenade 3.6x,Desktop8 uses .jpg images rather than the default .png files resulting in a significant reduction in the size of the menu item images.
Currently best used with resolutions of 1024 X 768 or greater.Resize the included (1152 X 864) wallpaper as needed.

Yes,the wallpaper´s done by me using Bryce 4.
I also have a version in aqua and gold.I´ll upload them to the wallpapers area this evening.
Planned packages of golddesk and silverdesk will include similarly themed numerical wallpapers 0 through 9 for use with a vwm.
