I have put it in the Wallpaper section because it´s a wallpaper. The dark area to the left enable your icons to be seen clearly. Also the colours and overal brightness have been subdued so it becomes a background to your desktop.

I size my photos for wallpaper purposely cuz I DESIGN WALLPAPER... This is fine work, I knew it was yours rightaway.

I agree with mountainhawk dear Brett, the most of the photos in Skinbase are good for wallpapers and people are using them as wallpapers
