Adapted from WindowsXP Bliss Logon, but radically changed, new Graphics, and logon Colours. This logon

made for the Resolutions of 1024x768 due to the Graphics used in the Logon. IF anyone likes this logon but has a different Screen size then let me know and I'll see about making other screen size versions too.
