Woodwork 8start launcher skins

A polished wood skin for 8start - taken from an old grandfather clock
with a choice of 3 back colours. Preview pic's a bit naff.

This skin allows for shortcut widths from 2 across, but for visibility
of Group & Category names 3 would be advisable.
