It´s a cool one Aaron.

Nothing wrong with this picture, except it´s just a preset from KPT5 (Kai´s Power Tools 5) called Fraxplorer + blue light in th upper right corner.

You are right, but it is a little more complicated.

1.- KPT 5 FraxFlame preset wings.
2.- Directional blue light from the left part of the flame to improve deepness.
3.- Atmospheric blue light to the center of the flame to improve brightness.
3.- Plastic effect to the hole flame.
4.- KPT LensFlare blue ray from the outside on top right.

And the whole night to choose the adequated effect is, in my opinion, more than "a preset and a blue light". But you are free to think different.
