It's well known nowadays that there are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate,
white chocolate, and chocolate truffles. Just kidding, i'm not a chocoholic, i could easily give up chocolate, but i'm not a quiter. Besides, i never met a chocolate i didn't like. And chocolate is a healthy thing....Some guy has this theory that chocolate slows down the aging process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance? What can i say... I've been seduced by the chocolate side of the force. Hey, don't laugh, Chocolate is a serious thing! I know i may have a problem, so i went to a therapist yesterday. He told me that the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better, alright...but i guess this feeling that i'm not the only one having this problem...HEY, YOU...yeah, YOU in the kitchen, PUT DOWN that chocolate ice cream pot, step away from that spoon and nobody get hurts... good girl. Still, the great mistery is how a 2-pound box of chocolate makes me gain 5 pounds of weight? What? Me, fat? No, no,no... i am not overweight. i'm just chocolate-enriched. Now seriously, some researches say chocolate causes certain endocrine glands to secrete hormones that affect your feelings and behavior by making you happy. Therefore, it counteracts depression, in turn reducing the stress of depression. Your stress-free life helps you maintain a youthful disposition, both physically and mentally. So, let's eat lots of chocolate! And like the spanish people use to say: Las cosas claras y el chocolate espeso. :P
