Nice looking logon. A couple of quick tips..If you cut or copy the bottom 100 px of the wallpaper and use it for your bottom panel, and then use the rest of the wallpaper for the center panel..and also change the center panel to "6" for stretched instead of "0" for tiled, you will get a perfect full screen logon that works at 1024 and 1280 resolution. The way it is now, the center panel tiles into 4 different squares at 280 res and the bottom panel doesn´t match. If you make those 2 panels like I described, they will match and you won´t see any break in the wall, it looks much better.
