Hi...
First you need to have Windowblinds installed on your system which you can get for free from Wincustomized. You download the file, then, you unzip it. You will see 3 files inside...one being the Rainy, two the wallpaper and three the windowblind. To install the windowblind once you have windowblinds installed on your computer, you simply just double click and it will auto-install. Hope this helped you ! Happy
