GH Seer Serenade

Another Serenade theme (I am really starting to love this shell replacement.) This one is a port of essorant's excellent XP Theme entitled Seer (permission included in file.) The wallpaper is called Fantasy and was created by metalraj (permission also included in file.) Because the Seer images were used, this combination makes a very clean, crisp looking desktop. To complete the package, a matching 3dCC file as well as a DisplaySet file are included. If you want to copy everything completely, a BarChanger texture is also in the file. I really like the way this theme looks on the screen and it is now my active desktop. Hope you enjoy!
