My Halloween Sidebar Desktop Sidebar

*UPDATE*
Changes:
-New font used (included in zip)
-Skinned details windows (still touching it up though)
-Added shadow to clock
-Changed system info colors
-All weather icons now the right size
-Even removed logo from wallpaper (included in zip)

I like this skin a lot but i do not know how to apply it to my pc. Do I need a special software to apply it or it is just a matter od placing the folder in a certain directory? Please help me.

OK I downloaded this sidebar skin, however I do not see the weather icons or the wallpaper for the desktop anywhere in the zip file, or int eh doc-settings desktop sidebar skins directory Am i missing something?
