Here is a complete transformation of an old skin I made back a couple years ago called Electric Blue. As you can tell my skinning talents have much improved from those days... ( haha ) Everything skinned here except toolbar icons and animations.

Really nice job on this one..I liked the last one alot also. I was going to suggest a full start menu until I opened the Windowblinds window and saw it there lol

One small thing I noticed...the Inactive Title Bar...the text is black on flat black...perhaps a more grey or bluish text? Again...I like Happy
