By dakotabretTotally reworked to be compatible with Windowblinds 4.0 and up. Skinned more areas, bugs found and corrected and made a few graphical changes without getting away from the skins original look. A much better skin this time around thanks to all the bug reports and suggestions. Enjoy!

I really like this skin. Nice metallic / blue look, with good fonts, smooth graphics, nice 3-D look to buttons and features.
