This is a skin that I started with Kenray a few months ago. We worked on the idea together, but ended up going different ways with it. Look around for his version. This one has three different modes, along with a playlist. The concept of the set is to hang in the upper right of your screen, then change modes, depending on what features you need. The large version is big and full featured, the medium version has most features, but is unobtrusive, and the small version is made for both minimal space and control. Enjoy!
