Neo Mako V2 Windows

Still playing with Mako stuff :-)
This time with a compact WindowBlinds substyle adapted for 32x32 and 48x48 sized icons, left panel resized for displaying correctly the Log Off french buttons, *all programs* button aligned correctly for non english version and in french.
... And a right version of Sysmetrix i already tweaked :-)
