The Rainmeter version of my similar skin for SystemMeter. Now that Rainmeter allows image rotation it has become a top meter utility. But take a look also at the SystemMeter skin because it features a version with an inner second wheel, based on multiple images for seconds display, which is not (yet) supported in Rainmeter
