I guess it is the smaller Rainlendar skin and it has no background, 100% transparent, goes great with any wallpaper of your desktop and it covers a very small area on it.
It looks like the default skin Shadow that comes with Rainlendar, (was my favorite), but it has nothing to do with it, it is smaller and different.
