It is ported from the essorant\'s WindowBlinds Theme \"Pixel 8\". The permission is included.

News in the enhanced version:
- It adds a control panel included VWM, LSXCommand and Dynamp.
- The control panel can be stay on top or act as normal window, config it at the !PopupTheme.
- The 3T(task, tray, time) bar can put on top or bottom of the desktop.
- Systray can be scroll now.
