This is an updated version of the Red Leader for NextSTART and WorkShelf theme. It has been updated to include new NS 3.0 features (such as the Startbar), as well as new WS 1.4 features (such as the CPU Meter, Mail Checker, and Weather modules). Because of the addition of the Startbar, there are two versions of this theme, one for horizontal and one for vertical Startbars. Part of the Red Leader suite of skins.
