One of 4 WinSTEP themes ported from the Pixxy suite of skins by Pixtudio. The 4 themes are configured to put the Startbar on a given edge of the screen, one each for the top, bottom, left, and right. The other 3 themes are:

Pixxy (Horizontal Startbar Bottom of Screen)
Pixxy (Vertical Startbar Left of Screen)
Pixxy (Vertical Startbar Right of Screen)
