Neo 8TeenBlue (still a little more ...) Windows

Inspired by the fantastic IconPackage XP iCandy WC version done by Leo the Lion [LINK] , i took the 8Teen Blue WB skin by Agneva (a little tweaked as usual)[LINK], Walpaper is Painter Series #1 by sdr1 [LINK], WA is Crystal by titan [LINK] , Rainlendar by me and probably on skinbase.org and deviantart.com soon.
