i think the background needs a little more...umph. if you want to keep the solid background, i would suggest making the shape a bit smaller and then use some lines or something to frame it. either that or add some lighting effects to make the shape the center of attention, make it pop out a bit more.. right now it looks kinda flat. not a bad start, tho... what application did you use for this?
