I guess you don´t know that for using other authors work you have to get their permission.
This is a rule!

U r quite right, adni18, and I usually do. However, I don´t give the WP away, it´s not included in the file - i only use it for background purposes, something which is unibersally accepted since it doesnt constitute a copyright infringement. But if skinbase´s policy is to acquire permission even for a screenshot, I will gladly ask the authors.

Here are the rules for all the skinning community, not for Skinbase only.

If you are showing the desktop of your computer with a screenshot no permission is needed.
But...
if you are showing your work, a skin for example, with other authors works, like wallpaper or icons or other skin etc, then permission is needed and credits too!
