The skin is very beautiful, with one exception, the titlebar of the start menu, is too busy.
A more simple bar it could be perfect
You have done a great work with all the theme!

Very nice, I would like to use it, but it would be better if you will add the option to "stay on top", as the default skin of window blinds have. It comes very in handy sometimes.
