There are five blocks below the Picture.
Click On the second block.
( Even if you keep the cursor on that block, [LINK] will show on status bar, meaning that it is download link )

Step 1
Now click on that link, Download will happen, choose where to download....

Now if it is in the zip format, extract the files to somewhere in PC with winzip or winrar or any.Then follow step 2.

If not then follow step 2

Step 2
Find, in the content you downloaded (or extracted) a file that is msstyle (pointing to that file or single clicking will cause windows to tell you that it is microsoft visual style or *.msstyle)

Step 3
If that file is found, then dont close the current state of the folders, and select all (ctrl+A) and then copy all content (files folders) including msstyle (that file)

Step 4
Apply the themes as u usually do.
That is, copy them (as above) and paste them in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
Thats it.

Step 5
(Right click On desktop--> Properties-->Display
and then select themes, then it will show on display)

then themes,
then browse themes,
then selected the folder where u extracted (or downloaded) all the files and choose the msstyle file only
Click Apply.
Then close Or Ok.
