iCandy HoverWeather

I really like HVWeather so it's only fair I make a skin for it to say thanks to Thibaud. Anyway this skin is about as trendy as you can get, but I like it. Comments appreciated. =)

This is real neat and clean looking, nice work.... but it´s for hover desk only, how come no one has coded one on it´s own, ya know just a weather program that can be added to the system tray for any one to use.... sorry just rambling :-)

Some people in the community are like fudge, some sweet with a few nuts :-)
